Perfect 10
Rules
August 9 – October 10, 2010
The Perfect 10 promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. August 9 and ends at 10:10 p.m. on October 10, 2010.
- Must be a Cache Club member.
- Cache Club members get one chance to play each day, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
- Cache Club members earn an additional chance to play for each 1,000 points earned within each 24 hour period, 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., up to 10,000 points (up to 11 plays total).
- Cache Club members play the Perfect 10 at the promotional kiosks, by swiping their Cache Club card and selecting the game.
- The game featured will be a flip card game. Club members select one out of the five cards, and the game will reveal what prize the Cache Club player will be issued, as well as the other prizes not selected.
- The prizes are randomly selected at the kiosks, based upon the odds for each prize.
- All prizes will be printed onto tickets printed by the kiosks, onto watermarked and numbered thermal paper.
- Daily prizes will include the following:
- Entry ticket for the $1,010 Saturday and Sunday cash drawings
- $5 food credit, redeemable at any food outlet (minimum of $10 purchase)
- $5 gift shop discount (minimum of $20 purchase)
- Free Jade car wash, redeemable at the mini-mart
- $5 cash, redeemable at the Cage
- $10 cash, redeemable at the Cage
- $20 cash, redeemable at the Cage
- $100 cash, redeemable at the Cage
- $1,000 cash, redeemable at the Cage
- Cash prizes will expire 7 days from issue time.
- Food discounts, gift shop discounts and car washes expire 30 days from issue date.
- $1,010 cash drawings will occur every Saturday and Sundays at 12:10 p.m., 5:10 p.m., and 10:10 p.m.
- On Sunday, October 10, the cash drawings will be for $10,100 each.
- Club members must bring their entry tickets on the Saturday or Sunday of the drawing, and place the tickets inside the drawing drum located in the Hotel lobby between 10:00 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Drawing drum will be emptied following every 10:10 p.m. drawing on both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Cache Creek will not accept entries 10 minutes prior to each drawing, and the drawing drum will be closed and locked.
- Must be present to win the cash drawings, and winners have 3 minutes to claim their cash voucher at the drawing drum.
- If winner does not claim the cash award within 3 minutes, another entry ticket will be drawn until a winner claims the prize.
- Entry tickets will be voided if altered or duplicated, and are non-transferable.
- Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
General Rules
- Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
- Winners must show valid and current state issued ID and Cache Club card.
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
- Participants must be Cache Club members to be eligible.
- Any dispute regarding the play or operation of the games associated with the Perfect 10 promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
- Cache Creek Casino Resort reserves the right to void, change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
